Impostor – You Are Not Alone
Rashi GuptaAbout This Project
Her talk will address imposter syndrome – a growing phenomenon experienced primarily by millennials when they are making a shift from the academic world to the working world. She hopes to bridge the gap between imposter syndrome and the mental, physical and emotional toll it can take on millennials due to fast and growing workplace environments and social media platforms. Rashi loves being with family and friends, binge-watching television shows and experimenting with how much pasta she can eat in one sitting.
Rashi is a recent graduate from the University of Toronto Scarborough. She received a double major in Anthropology and Health Studies and was actively involved in both Scarborough and St. George campuses. In her graduating year, she received the Letter award, the Principals award and the President’s award on behalf of faculty and students. She currently works for Deloitte Canada as a Business Analyst in the Human Capital group.
